According to the source, the cops were trying to arrest the (now dead) yellow shirt guy. He resisted, and as they were fighting with him, one cop accidentally shot himself in the leg. So, for some unknown reason, he executes the suspect in front of everybody.

	this shit happened in Puerto Rico, and the steroid user cop is now serving a sentence of over 100 years and the two partners of him are being processed in the court too ,the irony was that the guy who was taping the video said at the final of the tape "call the police" (sorry for my spelling , my first language is spanish)
