The town obviously had their own execution policy like we do here in the US, its just a little old school. They don't have fancy injections or electric chairs...they have to be full hands on when executing someone.

As someone who has spent considerable time in Africa, I would strongly suggest not going south of the Sahara desert unless you are on a safari or very well guarded. In what I like to refer to as the "jungle countries," all of them almost directly under the Sahara, random murders are a very common occurrence.
South Africa is very unsafe today as well, and even the traditional "safari countries" (such as Kenya) are unsafe as well. North Africa, specifically Morocco, is the safest place on the entire continent, in my opinion, and even Algiers and Tunisia are pretty dangerous places.
In short, be very careful if you plan to travel pretty much anywhere in Africa, excluding a few tourist resorts here and there.

Unluckily sub-Saharan citizens are invading us in Europe and us in Malta know something, so we're letting their culture mix with ours. These scenes could easily be seen in Vatican Square or in Trafalgar Square in 50 years time. Most of EU leaders seem to be happy about this invasion as they do nothing to stop it.

My step dad went hunting(i'm not a hunter) somewhere in Southern Africa a few years ago. My step dad hunted water buffalo, but some others in the group tied some animal parts in a tree to bait what I presume was lions or other predators. After the week was over all the meat from the animals killed was given to the locals(it's the law)... including the maggot infested, rotten parts tied up in the tree. My step dad said it was a dream of his to do the big safari hunt, but after experiencing it, he'll never do again.

this vid is about 20 yrs old. the guy smashing the window was not the guy murdered, he was trying to get to the victim who was an informer against the a.n.c in south africa. he ran out of the house and got wedged between the back of the house and a fence .the forced him out and hacked him to death, he was about 17 yrs old. uk tv reporter michael burke was the team who actually filmed this footage, he said it haunted him ever since
