They got lured in there on the pretence that they were gonna see an origami competition with watching paint dry as a sideshow. When they found out they'd in fact been used to help promote the tedium that is basketball.... they protested (rather lamely).

For a brief second their it reminded me of me and my friends firework wars every 4th. We go to a field and run around shooting each other. Sounds dumb and it was dumb to do. But it was some of the funniest times I've had with friends. Of course we all got tagged but never any serious injuries

people mask their natural animalistic behavior, until they see an easy excuse to let it out. After the flares started to get shot off (wtf??) everybody who chose to stay should have been beaten unconcious by the riot cops. what is the fucking point of acting like that?
