I watched this a bunch of times. It does appear that just as the body settles, and the two riders on the right stop, that there may be a "cut/pause" in the tape. However, if you watch the flight of the pigeons near the above road sign, one fly's off just after the wreck and then returns to the side of the sign we can see. If they digitaly altered it to include a fake pigeon, damn!

The arms do look fake when the victom is flying though the air but how many times has anyone witnessed this hard of a hit?

Definitely not fake. No question about it.
Everything about the the video. The circumstances, the reaction from the cops at the end. the flight of the body through the air is totally fluid, his actions on the ground are exactly typical of those of a severely injured person. The car itself. Everything about this vid points towards genuine.

But seriously, it could have been worse. Watch how the guy lands on top of the car, and gracefully slides down onto the hood, then to the ground. Coulda been 1)smash 2)air 3)ground.
