Peter Tatchell is a Gay Rights activist from the UK.
We see him a lot here on the news, when something gay crops up and needs to be discussed.

He was in Moscow trying to deliver a petition to the Moscow Mayor, calling for Homosexuals to be allowed to have a Parade every year or something along those lines.

The Moscow Mayor, who incidentally describes Homosexuals as "Satanic" refused to meet him.

The local Moscow wing of the SS decided to make all the gays feel welcome.

Hence the smack to the chops.

As mentioned in an earlier post, Richard Fairbrass the lead singer in that awful 90's pop duo "Right Said Fred" (one and only hit "I'm to sexy for my shirt"), was also at the Demo in Moscow, and also got a wallop.

Although i am hoping that he was hit purely due to his musical output, rather than his sexual orientation.

As long as they don't bum me, i have nothing against the Bum Corp.
