@the_green_cat: Well, It's pretty easy actually. Even 2 volts can kill ya, it only needs alot of ampere and no ohm...
I'll try to explain: You body is loaded with static electricity. If you put a nine volt battery on your tongue (which is wet so it leds the electricity verry good) and your body is highly loaded with static electricity then there's a big change you don't have any resistance.
