Don't know but we used to do something similar as kids.

We used the power of distraction - you'd point at something high up, tell your opponent to look then kick him in the nuts. Then run.

That is genius hands down by their sides. You would think they would block their face at least once in a while.

Arms are down because punches to the head aren't allowed in tae kwon do. Its just a bad habit that they get used to. However, they are supposed to have helmets since kicks to the head are allowed. Don't know why they don't

Did tae kwon do for several years. School I attend did not use the padd. Using pads give you false sense of security and as you see in many tkd videos and like this one, most do not have their arms raised ready for blocking. When we didn't use pads, we always had our arms raised ready for blocking. Tkd, you are allow to kick to the head but not punch. Tkd forbid punching to face many years ago because of so many injuries. So you see more kick than punching in tkd.
