Its all good fun and games. I used to get my mum to just pull mine out with a clump of tissue, usually once i'd spun the tooth round about 23 times and couldn't get it back to its normal starting point lol.

I have no real problem with this. Kids that age always have loose teeth that need to come out. This is about the quickest and least painful way imaginable. Great parenting.
