I have no idea what the rules of engagement policy is in Taiwan. But, all i saw was right at the start, the skinny cop shoots the fuck ut of the car. I can only assume he was aiming at the driver and missed. Then they miss about five opportunities to close hime down using their vehicles and deploy a PIT manoeuvre. Shame we didn't get to see his death face.

lol.. tons of cop cars and scooters and they have such a hard time stopping that car... those two cop cars couldve easily box in that prick several times before the scooters showed up
