There are midgets that rent themselves out by the hour for parties. You can choose between a baby costume, lollipop kid costume, and a tiny clown suit, among other outfits. You can ask them to do all kinds of degrading acts, but there's one thing that is forbidden by law: Midget-tossing. You can't throw, toss, chuck, pitch, lob, or fling them in any manner. They actually make you sign a waiver promising not to throw them. I know because we rented one for a party a few years back. After his time was up, he asked if he could stick around and hang out so we smoked a blunt with him that was almost the size of him. Then he found the breakdancing circle and started doing headspins. That was a crazy night!

You'd be surprised how easy it is to find a midget to rent. We were going for a circus-themed party, but we couldn't get any real rides in the back yard so we made mushroom tea and rented a midget. I guess it kinda had a similar effect. He's a friend of mine though....My mom cuts his hair and he owns a leather shop where he makes nice custom wallets and belts, so he offered to do it to make some extra cash. That's the American way....exploit your weak spot and try to capitalize off of it!
