You'd be surprised how easy it is to find a midget to rent. We were going for a circus-themed party, but we couldn't get any real rides in the back yard so we made mushroom tea and rented a midget. I guess it kinda had a similar effect. He's a friend of mine though....My mom cuts his hair and he owns a leather shop where he makes nice custom wallets and belts, so he offered to do it to make some extra cash. That's the American way....exploit your weak spot and try to capitalize off of it!
