russians don't know how to drive! it does look to me like there's at least some kind of go signal, a lot of those crashes looked a lot like somebody running the red and plowing into traffic. There's a light by my house where people ALWAYS fucking run the red, sometimes by 10-15 seconds. I wish my truck had a plow on it so I could just ram those fuckers
