If I took my Lucille to a place like that and someone did that to her, I'd be facing some serious assault charges. That poor cat was absolutely terrified. I really doubt that the owner was standing right there. If he/she was, then he/she needs a good hard kick in the face. Grrrrrr!!!!

I thought it was hilarious until I started thinking hmm I wonder if there's anything inside of that thing that the cats' claws could snag onto and be torn out.
