Nice try asking for "professional courtesy." Why don't you accept responsibility like the rest of us, asshole? ![]()

Yes it is... unfortunately. It doesn't fit any of the criteria for schedule 1, but for some reason they still classify it that way... oh and as far as professional courtesy goes, they might have actually let him go if he had done the tests... I know from personal experience that they do favors for other cops and their families anyway, cuz my brother is a cop and I got out of getting arrested for a felony for throwing a party where some of the people were under 21 (a felony in New Mexico, so stupid)

@ jqp364.... You seem very bitter about drunk driving laws. Perhaps you were arrested for it? You're absolutely correct that someone doesn't have to be "drunk" to be charged with DWI but if you're over the legal limit by even a tenth of a point, you will be charged. This is common knowledge. Some people get pissed off about being arrested for drunk driving claiming that they aren't drunk even though they've been drinking before getting behind the wheel. It's arrogance and stupidity that makes them think that they're above the law just because they aren't staggering around, slurring their words and able to pass the sobriety tests but not the breathalyzer. That guy was pulled over for erratic driving, remember?
@ Cuca.... I agree with you. WhyTF is someone who's been convicted of DWI three times even in possession of a driver's license? How has he been able to keep his job firefighting as he's a criminal? (Yes, criminal, jqp364).
He probably faked his way through rehab programs but ultimately this dumb shit learns nothing and keeps on breaking the law, endangering his own life and the lives of other people who share the road.
As for marijuana, I think it should be decriminalized. Make it legal to those over the age of majority and tax the hell out of it. The government would make a few billion a year and save whatever it costs to house inmates charged with marijuana violations.
