@Liquid Virus - Because the Twin towers were struck higher. The top portion burned to the point where it imploded in on itself. This building collapse looks to be a result of a faulty foundation.

Because first they go after the owner then the owner goes after the Construction Company and Construction Company goes after the Goverment Inspector and those are the one's you never find usually they skip town but the one's they really f*ck are the tenants...it's always the paper work...office work and the bullshit walks
