At least in this video there was back up near by to help. I've seen a lot of videos like this one where the female has no help and the person she's pulling over eventually beats the shit out of the female cop.

Ive seen big male cops get beat down, even shot with thier own guns. So how many cosmetologists would, knowing this guy was trouble, still confront him? She did her job and the end result was an arrest, she should be commended, not reduced to some sexist remark from some web troll

The female cop probably did the best job she could, however, as you can see, that wasn't much. Female cops are almost always in need of backup, so the scope of what they can handle on their own is limited.

Bad tactics from the beginning. She has her flashlight in her gun hand, she has a subject known to be combative with police and doesn't call for backup right away, and her whole verbal attitude with him from the beginning was pushing this guy to do exactly what he did to her. I don't have any problem with women wanting to be LEOs but this IS a good example of why a 105 pound female officer needs to drop the tough guy act when dealing with someone 6'+ 210 lbs+ and expecting to be able to arrest them on their own.
