I have no idea why or how he managed to wreck with no else on the street. Although it's possible that an invisible chipmunk was running across at that very moment.

That seemed to be a planned thing by the driver and the cameraman. How else did the cameraman know to tape the speeder and then the cops chasing without some forewarning? Did his Spidey-sense tingle? Notice how the cameraman sort of drops the camera down and stops filming when the second cop car stops to help the first car? I think he had to run away. Anyone else would have kept filming to see what the outcome of the crash was. Of course, I could be wrong and overly suspicious. lol

	It doesnt look like it was planned. It looks like the person in the truck was out of the camera view so he decided to record the cop cars, if it was planned i don't think it would have been so zoomed in. As for the camera dropping thing, i think he just tilted the camera so he could find the stop button =p

	Unless of course the car hes in is stolen... or he just murdered someone... or has a hostage... or any of a dozen other reasons why we chase bad guys to begin with. Life isn't all sunshine and roses Abe and unfortunately some people insist on being scumbags and need to be put away for the safety of the rest of society.

what about the cop that chased a man for speeding and ended up crashing to a woman at a red light.....she was a model and now she has 1% left of unburnt skin and dosent have a face a nose or ears......just because someone was going a couple miles over that speed limit.....but ya some people need to be chased but no every person for everything....
