what about the cop that chased a man for speeding and ended up crashing to a woman at a red light.....she was a model and now she has 1% left of unburnt skin and dosent have a face a nose or ears......just because someone was going a couple miles over that speed limit.....but ya some people need to be chased but no every person for everything....Unless of course the car hes in is stolen... or he just murdered someone... or has a hostage... or any of a dozen other reasons why we chase bad guys to begin with.
