I remember the times when i spent all my spare time on computer games like wolfenstein 3D, Command & conquer. These were the best games ever (including Half-life)

Great video...It was kind of misleading Killzone wasn't really ingame,but one day they will probbly look that good.

I remember all them old games. Games have come so far in such a short period of time. I cant imagine what they will be like 20 years from now but im guessing it may be wise to invest in any company that makes virtual helmet gear. We will all have a Pentium 5,000,000,000.5 by then.

That last racing game they showed looked pretty intense. Seems like they skipped the whole N64-PS-Dreamcast phase in all those genres. How can they go through the FPS's w/o Goldeneye, I mean come on? I'm so glad I wasn't stuck playing those shitty pixelated-hell games.

Pretty good video, but I wish they made smoother transitions because a lot of those genres skipped from like 1985 technology to 2005 with nothing in between.

I haven't played it, but "Gears of War" is among the highest rated games out now, earning a 9.6 out of 10 at Gamepsot.

My guess is that was made by Sony before the PS3 because a few of those clips were from PS3 tech demos and teasers from E3 2006. Specifically, the last FPS: "Killzone", was supposed to be in-game footage but nothing on the PS3 even comes close to it. The last clip was "Motor Storm" was another clip shown at E3 2006 by Sony claiming to be in-game footage. It isn't of course. If you want to see the real game, drop by any Best Buy and try the PS3 kiosk. Motor Storm was another game that let down Sony's fanbase. "Future of Video Games" my ass.

Man, how far we have come, so fast. I remember when Pong was the rage, and was brand new. Simple as it was, everyone was fascinated with it because for the first time ever, you were in control of what happened on your television screen. Then the Fairchild and Atari 2600, everyone was like, "Wow!" That same 'initial magic' can never be recaptured.....*sniff*
