Unfortunately for this 5' 7" cop, pepper spray and a bullet to the abdomen mean nothing at all. This former heavyweight fighter comes out of retirement to give him a beatdown.

I don't know about the screaming like a girl but if I shot someone a few times and pepper sprayed them and it didn't even phase them I would have been pissed. Worst part is the dude couldn't even out run his 300 pound ass. If he could have he could have made it to his car and ran him over.
