It's always easy to WATCH something and say what you would have done! I'm sure the cop wanted to make sure this woman had a weapon before shooting her. And in the split second of this incident he decided not to shoot. Another factor in this is the never ending law suits against these men that are trying to do their jobs! They get suied if they do something, and they get suied if they don't...So there is alot to think about during these times. People make fun of them, but you give it a try...
