Not only does Vincent Ferrari have the coolest name, he was also cool enough to record his conversation with a pathetic AOL rep. I'm not sure why anyone would even use AOL in the first place...it's more expensive than broadband, but it's dial-up speeds. If you use AOL, cancel today and stop getting ripped off...but watch this video first so you see that you basically have to threaten the rep's life to get it canceled.
