the idea was to show that the driver would survive. I actually watched this show. Notice how the car slides to the right instead of pulling an accordian trick straight into the wall- it was designed to do that.

Straight into on coming traffic. Now thats not very smart.

Driver might survive but might stay in wheelchair for rest of the life......
