somedays you just cant win. did you see the guy propel down the rope to the safe water below ...only to have a copter slam him. maybe he was just pushed down deeper or caught a break and the port hole landed around him

Sand? Are you sure? I beg to differ. It may be sand coloured, but I think you'll find it's runny and wet.

I can't seem to find info on it....apart from that it was a HH-65 rescue chopper that crashed during a demonstration.

But I think I heard a couple of years ago on 'Amazing Video's', that he did survive.

Look at the Mt.Hood accident....a USAF MH-60 pavehawk chopper crashed and rolled over a crewmen and he still survived.

I saw this on some video show also, it was in Korea I think.They were doing a rescue exercise and got PWNT!!
