This explosion is unbelievable. Toward the end, watch the ground...it's the equivalent of a large bomb, but it's a marshmellow factory. I don't like marshmellows anyway.

The plant manufactured an oxidizer called Ammonium Perchlorate. Ammonium Perchlorate is not in itself a fuel but a key component. It will however explode if heated to a high temperature in a confined space.
